This structure is common in quick frozen food packaging. It has good moisture resistance, cold resistance, low temperature heat sealing performance and relatively low cost.

BOPP/PE、BOPP/CPP

This kind of structure is moisture-proof, cold resistant and low temperature heat sealing with high tensile strength and relatively economical cost. Among them, the appearance and feel of BOPP/PE packaging bags are better than PET/PE packaging bags, which can improve the product grade.

PET/VMPET/CPE、BOPP/VMPET/CPE

Due to the existence of aluminum coating, the surface of such structures is printed beautifully, but the low-temperature heat sealing performance is slightly poor and the cost is high, so the utilization rate is relatively low.

NY/PE、PET/NY/LLDPE、PET/NY/AL/PE、NY/PE

The packaging of such structure is resistant to freezing and impact. Due to the existence of NY layer, its puncture resistance is very good, but the cost is relatively high. It is generally used to package products with edges and corners or heavy products.

In addition, there is a pure PE bag, which is generally used as the outer packaging bag of vegetables and simply packaged frozen food.

In addition to packaging bags, some frozen foods need to use plastic trays. The most commonly used tray material is PP. Food grade PP has good hygiene and can be used at - 30 ℃. In addition, it also has PET and other materials. As a general transport package, the anti shock, compression resistance and cost advantages of corrugated boxes are the first factors to be considered for transport packaging of frozen food.
