Transparency Cold Lamination Metallized Cpp Film

1. High transparent low temperature heat sealing CPP

Typical structure: BOPP (printed)/CPP

Features: good transparency, low heat sealing temperature, fast bag making.

Main use: packaging bags for jelly pudding of famous brands such as Xizhilang, Robust, etc.

2. Aluminum plated CPP

One side of the CPP can be aluminized, and the other side has good heat sealing performance. As an aluminum plastic composite package, it can save a layer of base material, reduce one time of composite, and greatly reduce the cost.

Typical structure: BOPP (printing)/CPP aluminum coating

Features: beautiful metallic luster and good heat sealing, suitable for automatic packaging.

Main uses: puffed food bags, cereal bags, etc.

3. CPP cooking bag

It is made of a special PP material, which does not deform under high temperature and pressure and is elastic.

Typical structure: PET/AL/70 μ mCPP

PA/AL/70 μ mCPP

Features: high tensile strength, good heat resistance, puncture resistance.

Main use: packaging of meat products such as roast duck bags and roast chicken bags, which requires high temperature sterilization.

4. Cover material type CPP

Typical structure: PET (printed)/AL/CPP

PET (printing) CPP

Features: It has good thermal viscosity (especially initial viscosity) with PP base bottle (cup) and is easy to cut.

Main use: add AL for yogurt bottle cap or oil bottle cap. Transparent type is mainly used for cup beverage and space water cup cover.

5. Refrigeratable CPP

Generally, CPP is brittle at low temperature and should not be used for cold storage packaging. Recently, soft CPP has been developed and can be used for - 18 ℃ cold storage.
