Vacuum aluminizing film is a kind of vacuum evaporation of metal film. It is a process in which aluminum is melted and vaporized by resistance, high frequency or electron beam heating under the condition of high vacuum (above 10mba), and composite films are formed by adhering to the surface of film substrate. A very thin layer of metal aluminum is coated on the surface of plastic film or paper, which becomes aluminized film or paper.
