PET film vacuum aluminized film is a kind of vacuum evaporation metal film. It is under the condition of high vacuum (above 10mba) to melt and vaporize aluminum by resistance, high frequency or electron beam heating. A process in which the surface is attached to form a composite film. A very thin layer of metal aluminum is plated on the surface of a plastic film or paper to become aluminized film or aluminized paper.

The Dongguan PET film vacuum aluminized film used for packaging has the following characteristics:

(1) Compared with aluminum foil, it greatly reduces the amount of aluminum, saves energy and materials, and reduces costs. The thickness of the composite aluminum foil is mostly 7-9um, while the thickness of the aluminum layer of the aluminized film is about (0.04um), the aluminum consumption is about 1/200 of that of the aluminum foil, and the production speed can be as high as 700m/min.

(6) Dongguan PET film has good adaptability to post-processing such as printing and lamination.

Due to the above characteristics, the aluminized film has become a new type of composite film with excellent performance, economy and beauty, and has replaced the aluminum foil composite material in many aspects.
