1.Overview

     The computer control system of ZGH series computer automatic high-speed hob cross-cutting machine adopts German Siemens PLC and module control, and the whole system has a high degree of automation. The host operating system is controlled by man-machine interface, and the parameters can be input directly from the interface to make the operation more convenient. The 7-inch color touch screen makes the device more practical and convenient than ordinary displays. The unwinding system adopts pneumatic brake, and the pneumatic control adopts Japan SMC electromagnetic proportional valve. The required braking value is directly input from the man-machine interface. Automatic tension adjustment. The paper feeding, paper feeding and power parts of the power part use Japanese Yaskawa vector inverter, and the motor adopts the frequency conversion motor imported from Taiwan. The hob slitting system uses high-precision servo systems such as German Kobe/European Emerson to ensure that the slitting paper reaches high-precision indicators. The cutter is carefully made of imported high-quality steel, the cross-section of the paper roll is smooth, and the cutter is durable. Design mechanical cross-cutting speed: ≤350 m/min or ≤350 sheets/min. Suitable for cross-cutting paper thickness δ50-500g/m2 roll material, cross-section accuracy ≤±0.5mm.
