The basic parameters of the production equipment are as follows:
Working line speed: 3-5 m/min
Maximum working width: 500mm
Film deviation correction accuracy: ± (5-10) mm
Composite layer thickness: 0.05-0.1mm
Composite line pressure "40Mpa

Maximum drying temperature: 120 ℃
Maximum composite temperature: 80 ℃.
3. Composite process conditions
1) Composite speed: generally controlled at 3-15m/min
2) Coating pressure: 0.2MPa
3) Common channel temperature: first section 40 ℃; second section 60 ℃ -70 ℃; third section 80 ℃ -90 ℃
4) Composite pressure: 0.25~0.35MPa.
5) Corona treatment conditions: voltage 9-14kV, current 6-8A, surface tension>40mN/m
6) Curing conditions: room temperature 25 ℃, 1 day.
4. Control of composite process conditions
Ensure product quality and strictly control process conditions.
Main factors affecting composite fastness
1) The cleanliness of the substrate should be maintained during various stages such as transportation, storage, cutting, and lamination to prevent dust from getting trapped between the layers and causing a decrease in lamination fastness.
2) The composite temperature varies depending on the type of film and adhesive. For polyethylene, polyester film, and two-component adhesive, it is generally controlled at 40-50 ℃ and can be determined by plotting the relationship between the composite temperature and peel strength.
3) The drying temperature is determined by the type of substrate film and the performance of the solvent type. If the temperature is too high, the adhesive surface will harden prematurely and form a layer of film, which affects the evaporation of internal solvents, resulting in an increase in residual solvents in the film and a decrease in adhesion. Therefore, the temperature is gradually increased and controlled in stages, such as the first stage of 40 ℃ and the second stage of 60-70 ℃; The third section 80-90 ℃
The pressure between the temperature rollers in the drying channel is often referred to as the composite pressure. Increasing the pressure is beneficial for improving the composite fastness, and considering the operation of the entire machine, it is generally chosen between 0.25 and 0.3MPa
4) Composite pressure refers to the pressure between the composite steel roller and the rubber roller, which is called composite pressure. Increasing the pressure is beneficial for improving the composite fastness and considering the operation of the entire machine. Generally, 0.25-0.3MPa is selected
5) The surface of polyethylene film is specially treated, usually using corona treatment to improve its surface polarity, increase adhesion, and thus improve its fastness. The surface tension after treatment should be greater than 40mN/m.
